This sweet little guy (or girl) deserves some praise. I don't know that I have ever seen a sweeter animal in all of my life. The last time we went to this park, the penguin exhibit was being renovated, so we missed it. Well....not this time!!! This particular penguin perched himself on a ledge and actually allowed us to pet him for about 15 minutes until he finally decided to join his friends in the water. He would gently close his eyes as if he were truly enjoying all the attention we were giving him, and then started making the cutest little squeaking type sound. We were in awe. Truly! Sarah now wants a pet penguin....
