We recently had ice cream at a little cafe' here. The Italians temporarily plant themselves in Germany over the summer to sell their ice cream. GERMANS LOVE ICE CREAM and the sundae's here are ENOURMOUS! Sarah ordered a mint chocolate chip sundae and Hannah got "Spaghetti Eis", which is vanilla ice cream that looks like spaghetti drowning in strawberry sauce. Oma got a mixed fruit sundae, and I stuck with one scoop of "Haselnuss"..... I was confident I'd have to assist Sarah in finishing hers... Moms are almost always right, aren't they?
